RED STAG SAFARIS
For a great half days entertainment, try a safari with Red Stag Safari in the comfort of a Land Rover Discovery 3 ( other operators use Defenders which are less comfortable with poorer visibility through small windows ). The guide is Andrew Turner who has grown up on Exmoor and worked on many Exmoor farms. He will take you further than other operators so you will see more scenery and wildlife including Exmoor ponies and wild red deer. You will travel off road, see ancient monuments, learn about the history, geology, customs, farming practices and hear the tale of Lorna Doone. www.redstagsafari.co.uk
